引言
DS1874 SFP+控制器具有數(shù)字LDD接口,允許對(duì)配置報(bào)警、告警和查找表(LUT)所需的各種選項(xiàng)進(jìn)行編程。編程時(shí)需要參考寄存器存儲(chǔ)器結(jié)構(gòu)圖。本應(yīng)用筆記以另一種方式給出了寄存器映射,在對(duì)器件進(jìn)行編程時(shí),可以很容易地獲取寄存器信息。DS1874存儲(chǔ)器
DS1874具有9個(gè)獨(dú)立的存儲(chǔ)表,每個(gè)表內(nèi)部分為8字節(jié)行。低地址字節(jié)存儲(chǔ)器的地址從00h至7Fh,包括報(bào)警和告警門(mén)限、標(biāo)志、屏蔽、幾個(gè)控制寄存器、密碼輸入?yún)^(qū)域(PWE)以及表格選擇字節(jié)。
表01h主要包括用戶(hù)EEPROM (具有PW1級(jí)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)權(quán)限)以及報(bào)警和告警使能字節(jié)。
表02h為多功能區(qū)域,包含配置寄存器、比例和失調(diào)值、密碼、中斷寄存器以及其它各種控制字節(jié)。
表04h包含溫度索引LUT,用于控制調(diào)制電壓。調(diào)制LUT可以在-40°C至+102°C溫度范圍內(nèi),以2°C步進(jìn)值進(jìn)行編程。
表05h默認(rèn)情況下為空,可以配置為MASK位使能時(shí)(表02h、寄存器89h)的表01h,寄存器F8h–FFh的報(bào)警和告警使能字節(jié)。此時(shí),表01h為空。
表06h包含溫度索引LUT,允許APC設(shè)置點(diǎn)隨溫度變化,以補(bǔ)償跟蹤誤差(TE)。APC LUT具有36個(gè)索引值,在-40°C至+100°C之間,以4°C為間隔確定APC設(shè)置。
表07h包含溫度索引LUT,用于控制DAC1。該LUT具有36個(gè)索引值,在-40°C至+100°C之間,以4°C為間隔確定DAC設(shè)置。
表08h包含溫度索引LUT,用于控制DAC2。該LUT具有36個(gè)索引值,在-40°C至+100°C之間,以4°C為間隔確定DAC設(shè)置。
輔助存儲(chǔ)器(器件A0h)包含256個(gè)字節(jié)的EE存儲(chǔ)器,可以從地址00h至FFh進(jìn)行訪(fǎng)問(wèn)。這一功能通過(guò)A0h器件地址選擇。

EEPROM映射
很多非易失存儲(chǔ)器的位置(如后續(xù)寄存器參考說(shuō)明部分所示)實(shí)際上是映射EEPROM,受控于表02h,寄存器80h的SEEB位。DS1874為關(guān)鍵存儲(chǔ)器地址提供映射EEPROM存儲(chǔ)器的位置,可以進(jìn)行多次寫(xiě)操作。默認(rèn)的映射EEPROM位SEEB并不置位,這些位置作為普通的EEPROM使用。將SEEB置位,這些位置用作SRAM,不需要考慮EEPROM的使用次數(shù),可以對(duì)其進(jìn)行無(wú)數(shù)次寫(xiě)操作,也無(wú)需考慮EEPROM的寫(xiě)時(shí)間。因?yàn)镾EEB使能情況下的任何改變不會(huì)影響EEPROM,重新上電后不保存這些改寫(xiě)后的內(nèi)容。上電后的數(shù)值為SEEB禁止時(shí)最后一次寫(xiě)入的數(shù)值。這一功能可以用于限制校準(zhǔn)期間EEPROM的寫(xiě)操作次數(shù),或在正常操作期間周期性地改變監(jiān)測(cè)器門(mén)限,監(jiān)測(cè)功能有助于減少EEPROM的寫(xiě)次數(shù)。存儲(chǔ)器說(shuō)明中給出了映射EEPROM的位置。
