在很多網(wǎng)絡(luò)和電信應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)中,有多種穩(wěn)壓電源電壓。很多電源電壓要求提供大電流、合理的尺寸和效率、以及優(yōu)異的負(fù)載瞬態(tài)響應(yīng)。這篇文章提供了采用開(kāi)關(guān)頻率為300kHz的雙buck控制器MAX5066的詳細(xì)參考設(shè)計(jì)方案。
該參考設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵規(guī)格在下面列出,并給出了應(yīng)用中所需的詳細(xì)電路原理圖(圖1)和材料清單(表1)。
