AG1280 is ultra-low costand power in QFN-48 6x6 and QFN-32 4x4 0.8mm (actual 0.77mm) thinknesspackaging. The device has 1280 LUTs and maximum 40 user IOs, provides 68Kbits embedded block RAM and 10Kbits distributed RAM, one PLL per device provide clock multiplication and phase shifting, and embedded FLASH configuration through JTAG interface, on-chip clock generatorwith wide output frequence range.

The deviceis Instant-on, non-volatile, multiply programmable architecture. The deviceprovides Emulated LVDS output (LVDS_E_3R).
