一、為什么要使用電量計(jì)量功能

節(jié)約資源:電量計(jì)量可以幫助人們控制用電量,從而達(dá)到節(jié)約資源的目的。在當(dāng)前嚴(yán)峻的資源供應(yīng)形勢(shì)下,節(jié)約能源是我們應(yīng)該重視的問(wèn)題。

合理計(jì)費(fèi):電表可以幫助公共事業(yè)單位進(jìn)行合理計(jì)費(fèi),以維護(hù)公共事業(yè)的正常運(yùn)營(yíng)。同時(shí),使用者也能根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際用電量來(lái)支付相應(yīng)的費(fèi)用。

監(jiān)控消耗:通過(guò)定期查看電量的使用情況,能夠快速發(fā)現(xiàn)用電量異常的情況。及時(shí)修復(fù)故障,避免浪費(fèi)資源和高額費(fèi)用。

二、電量計(jì)量功能的行業(yè)知識(shí)介紹

什么是電量計(jì)量?

電量計(jì)量技術(shù)是由電量計(jì)量裝置來(lái)確定電能量值,為實(shí)現(xiàn)電能量單位的統(tǒng)一及其量值準(zhǔn)確、可靠的一系列活動(dòng)。在電力系統(tǒng)中,電量計(jì)量是電力生產(chǎn)、銷(xiāo)售以及電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行的重要環(huán)節(jié),發(fā)電、輸電、配電和用電均需要對(duì)電能準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量。電量計(jì)量的技術(shù)水平和管理水平不僅影響電能量結(jié)算的準(zhǔn)確性和公正性,而且事關(guān)電力工業(yè)的發(fā)展,涉及國(guó)家、電力企業(yè)和廣大電力客戶(hù)的合法權(quán)益。因此,搞好電量計(jì)量技術(shù)具有十分重要的意義。

電量計(jì)量的基本工作原理

電壓測(cè)量:使用電壓互感器(PT)或電阻分壓器等裝置,將高電壓降為低電壓,以便測(cè)量。

電流測(cè)量:使用電流互感器(CT)或分流器等裝置,將大電流降為小電流,以便測(cè)量。

電能計(jì)算:通過(guò)測(cè)量電壓和電流,并根據(jù)功率因數(shù)計(jì)算出有功功率和無(wú)功功率。有功功率乘以用電時(shí)間即可得到用電量。

數(shù)據(jù)處理:電量計(jì)量裝置通常會(huì)將測(cè)量到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)和處理,以便后續(xù)查詢(xún)和分析。同時(shí),還可以通過(guò)通信接口將數(shù)據(jù)上傳至上級(jí)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和管理。

總之,電量計(jì)量的工作原理是通過(guò)測(cè)量電壓和電流,并根據(jù)功率因數(shù)計(jì)算出有功功率和無(wú)功功率,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)用電量的準(zhǔn)確計(jì)量。

三、電量計(jì)量功能的硬件設(shè)計(jì)方案

本文主要采用了芯海科技的CSE7759B做為計(jì)量芯片。該芯片為單相多功能計(jì)量芯片,其提供高頻脈沖 CF 用于電能計(jì)量,通過(guò) UART 可以直接讀取電 流、電壓和功率的相關(guān)參數(shù)(如:系數(shù)、周期);串口波特率為 4800 bps(±2%),8 位數(shù)據(jù),1 位偶校 驗(yàn),1 停止位。該芯片采用 SOP8 封裝。

硬件設(shè)計(jì)原理1如下(隔離方案):

在 CSE7759B 的電源端,應(yīng)并聯(lián)兩個(gè)小電容,以濾除來(lái)自電網(wǎng)高頻及低頻噪聲。電流信 號(hào)通過(guò)錳銅電阻采樣后接入 CSE7759B,電壓信號(hào)則通過(guò)電阻網(wǎng)絡(luò)后輸入到 CSE7759B。

CSE7759B 為免校準(zhǔn)電能計(jì)量芯片,芯片出廠校準(zhǔn)后偏差為±2%,那么外部器件的精度最終影響客戶(hù)產(chǎn)品的整體精度,圖中標(biāo)識(shí)的 1%精度器件,其精度越高則客戶(hù)整機(jī)精度越高。從上圖可看出,電流通道影響電流精度的元器件為 1mR 錳銅電阻,電壓通道影響電壓精度的元器件為1M電阻和與之相連的1K電阻,當(dāng)這三個(gè)元器件精度均在±1%內(nèi)時(shí),則 CSE7759B 免校準(zhǔn)整機(jī)誤差可控制在±3%內(nèi)。電壓通道 1M 電阻應(yīng)選擇耐高壓 1000V 1%電阻(或更高精度);否則需拆分成 5 個(gè) 0805 1%(或更 高精度)電阻。避免使用過(guò)程中由于電阻耐壓值不夠,造成整機(jī)損壞。 CSE7759B 部分采集強(qiáng)電信號(hào),根據(jù)安規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)任何人體可能觸碰的地方需進(jìn)行隔離,圖中使用光耦 隔離(客戶(hù)自行選擇隔離方式,并不限制)。 選擇零線做地或火線做地均可,建議使用零線做地。

上圖為CSE7759B 非隔離方案,MCU 工作電壓 3.3V。若 MCU 工作電壓 5V,則 TI 與 MCU 之間接 200R 電阻。

四、電量計(jì)量功能的軟件設(shè)計(jì)方案

本文采用了奇跡物聯(lián)的紅豆版開(kāi)源技術(shù)平臺(tái)為主控單元,一步步手把手教會(huì)讀者如何使用紅豆版開(kāi)源平臺(tái)編寫(xiě)CSE7759B驅(qū)動(dòng),以及如何調(diào)用CSE7759B在OLED屏幕上顯示。這里對(duì)代碼就不多詳解,如果需要詳細(xì)了解,請(qǐng)到奇跡物聯(lián)的紅豆版開(kāi)源平臺(tái)了解詳細(xì)代碼講解。

現(xiàn)在我們開(kāi)始為大家展示如何在奇跡的紅豆平臺(tái)上,一步步如何實(shí)現(xiàn)電量計(jì)量功能的吧。

1:創(chuàng)建一個(gè)Demo

復(fù)制從紅豆平臺(tái)下載SDK源碼包中的的4.2_hal_UART示例工程,到同一個(gè)文件夾下,修改文件名為6.0_CSE7759B,如圖:

2: 修改makefile

增加文件組件所在目錄頭文件路徑,和源文件路徑,如圖:

3: 增加頭文件

使用代碼編輯器,將新建的工程文件加入代碼編輯器中,打開(kāi)main.c,修改main.c,加入am.h等頭文件,如圖:

輸出日志到DEBUG 串口,日志比較少,可以輸出到這個(gè)串口,如果日志比較多,需要輸出到usb口,以免不必要的問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)
