作者:楊濤  原裝iPodtouch充電器價值不菲。利用現(xiàn)有的手機充電器制作充電器。既經(jīng)濟適用,也符合DIY精神。但根據(jù)一一些資料介紹的方法一直沒有制作成功。近日偶然從國外劂站獲得維修手冊,按照圖紙,利用市售手機充電器制作成功?! Podtouch是通過USB接口連接充電的。市售手機充電器有USB接口和其他接口形式。對其他接口的一般把輸出的正負極按圖中的方法連接即可?! ∑胀║SB充電器無法充電。需接如圖的電路為iPod提供D+、D-電壓方能開始充電。經(jīng)過試驗,有幾個方面必須注意。一是電壓必須嚴(yán)格符合+5V標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。普通市售手機USB充電器的輸出電壓偏離較大,應(yīng)當(dāng)選用輸出電壓在4.75—5.2v之間的。否則會出現(xiàn)假充滿現(xiàn)象或者不能充電?! 」P者用松下的型號EB-CAD95CN充電器接以上電路,因輸出電壓為5.7V,一分鐘后就出現(xiàn)充滿指示。后在輸入端串接一硅整流管降壓方可充電。二是手機充電器的輸出電流必須在490mA以上,不然會出現(xiàn)充電器過熱現(xiàn)象。筆者用手機市場常見的。一款USB充電器按以上電路圖改造充電成功,但是五分鐘后,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中一2W/22Ω限流電阻燒毀  用5W電阻特換,過熱現(xiàn)象消除。據(jù)分析可能是該充電器實際輸出電流小于標(biāo)稱的500mA+50mA的指標(biāo)。三是充電器的攄波電路必須完備。試驗中,簡易的手機充電器往往在開關(guān)電源的低壓端僅僅只接一個500—1000微法的濾波電容。這樣的充電器改造后。在充電中出現(xiàn)iPodtouch觸摸不靈敏問題,需要在輸出端接高頻濾波電路。按照圖紙改造的充電器,也適合iPod其他產(chǎn)品。
