三單體直接均衡電路及分布參數(shù)對其的影響

針對現(xiàn)有的串聯(lián)儲能電源均衡技術(shù)存在的速度慢、效率低、均衡模塊數(shù)量多的問題，提出了一種三單體直接均衡電路,通過相應(yīng)的開關(guān)動作，能實現(xiàn)相鄰三單體之間能量由最高單體到最低單體的直接傳遞。介紹了此電路的工作原理，詳細(xì)分析了各種分布參數(shù)，尤其是漏感在此均衡電路中的作用和對均衡電路性能的影響。仿真和試驗結(jié)果顯示，漏感能顯著影響均衡電路工作模態(tài)，開關(guān)管電壓，均衡電流等，需要在均衡電路實際設(shè)計時仔細(xì)考慮。

Abstract：Non-uniformity of cells’ characteristics of series-connected energy storage cells courses the problem of unbalance charging and discharging, a three cell direct equalization circuit is proposed. Its has reasonable structure topology that can transfer power energy directly from the highest to the lowest through the corresponding switch’s on-off control, whenever what imbalance state among these three cells are. The operation principle of this circuit is introduced, and analyzed carefully distributed parameter, especially leakage inductor’s role and its effect on the equalization circuit. Simulations and experiments show that leakage inductor can affect the operation mode, switch voltage and equalization current, etc and should be consider carefully.
