數(shù)據(jù)挖掘在醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用研究

目前醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)大多停留在醫(yī)學數(shù)據(jù)庫的低層次應(yīng)用上，缺乏對數(shù)據(jù)的集成和深層
分析，更談不上對醫(yī)學知識的自動獲取。本文介紹了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的主要特點及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了基于三層B/S模式的分布式體系架構(gòu)的醫(yī)院信息分析系統(tǒng)。它以醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫為主要數(shù)據(jù)源，不僅從企業(yè)管理的角度為醫(yī)院管理者提供智能的分析方法和途徑，而且還從醫(yī)學研究的角度為醫(yī)院研究人員提供了新的手段和視角。

Abstract: Most of the current hospital information system stays at the medical database of
low-level applications, the lack of data integration and deep analysis, not to mention the automatic access to medical knowledge. In this paper, data mining and the main characteristics of key technologies, designed and implemented based on the three-tier B/S model of distributed architecture of the hospital information system. It uses hospital information system database as the main data source, not only from the perspective of business management for hospital administrators to provide intelligent analysis of the ways and means, but also from the perspective of medical research study for the hospital staff to provide a new means and perspectives.
