基于WINDOWS 的微型渦輪發(fā)電機(jī)組數(shù)據(jù)采集監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)

微型渦輪機(jī)是一低排放微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)系統(tǒng)，由其組成的微型渦輪發(fā)電機(jī)組可廣泛應(yīng)用于分布式電站、冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)以及混合電動(dòng)汽車等領(lǐng)域。為對(duì)渦輪機(jī)組進(jìn)行性能試驗(yàn)研究，將渦輪發(fā)電機(jī)組與油耗儀、外接電池組和負(fù)載組成試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)，通過微型渦輪機(jī)數(shù)字功率控制器—DPC(負(fù)責(zé)控制發(fā)電機(jī)功率)用戶維護(hù)串口，在Modbus 協(xié)議基礎(chǔ)上，采用VC++多線程串口類開發(fā)了基于Windows 監(jiān)控程序，對(duì)渦輪機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，功率，油耗，輸出電壓等參數(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，并記錄實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)。實(shí)際運(yùn)行表明系統(tǒng)通訊可靠控制良好。

Micro-turbine, a micro gas turbine (MGT) electricity-generating system with low emission, can be widely used in the fields, such as distributed power station, combined cooled heated and power(CCHP), and hybrid electric vehicle. In order to study the performance of micro-turbine, the experimental system composed of micro-turbine, oil exhaust meter, power battery pack and load is designed. According to Modbus protocol, through the standard RS-232 serial port for customer maintenance on digital power controller(DPC) unit in the micro-turbine, in charge of controlling output electric power, Windows-based monitoring software with multi-thread serial communications port class by using Visual C++ language, is programmed to monitor and control the performance status of micro-turbine and record the acquisition data such as power, oil cost and output voltage on real time. It shows reliable communication and robust control in practice use.
