并聯(lián)機(jī)器人仿真運(yùn)動(dòng)控制的多線程實(shí)現(xiàn)Multithreadin

現(xiàn)代運(yùn)動(dòng)模擬器對(duì)響應(yīng)快速性、跟蹤準(zhǔn)確性等仿真運(yùn)動(dòng)特性提出了更高要求，使得
并聯(lián)機(jī)器人機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制更為復(fù)雜。以某型潛艇操縱模擬器為例，其控制軟件采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，利用NT 環(huán)境下多線程技術(shù),結(jié)合多媒體定時(shí)器、普通定時(shí)器,實(shí)現(xiàn)軟件的洗出濾波、運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)反解、運(yùn)動(dòng)信息發(fā)送、安全保護(hù)等多任務(wù)的有機(jī)調(diào)度。在外控線程中建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)接收、數(shù)據(jù)處理、液壓缸控制信息發(fā)送等三個(gè)子線程,將它們從外控線程中分離出來,大大提高了數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和處理及運(yùn)動(dòng)控制的實(shí)時(shí)性和可靠性。

Abastract: In order to meet the demand of the emulational kinetic characteristics of modern
motion simulator such as fast response and precise tracking, the control system of the parallel
robot mechanism becomes more complex. As an example of submarine manipulating simulator,
the modularization design and the technologies such as the multimedia timer, common timer and multithreading under NT environment etc. are adopted in the control system programing, which realize the multitask scheduling of washout filter, inverse kinematics solution, sending control data and safeguarding. By separating three sub-threadings, the Ethernet data acquisition, the data processing and the hydraulic cylinder control information sending, from the external control threading, the real time performance and reliability of the data transmitting, processing and motion control can be improved.
