本文針對IC 卡電表和低壓載波抄表在居民用電行業(yè)不能廣泛推廣的問題，利用GPRS
通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、總線技術(shù)與低壓載波通訊技術(shù)等設(shè)計(jì)出一種新型的智能用電抄表系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用GPRS 網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為遠(yuǎn)程無線數(shù)據(jù)通信平臺，利用總線或低壓載波通訊完成集中與監(jiān)測點(diǎn)之間的數(shù)據(jù)通信，保證了數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)目煽啃浴⒎€(wěn)定性和實(shí)時性，完全能夠滿足現(xiàn)代電力行業(yè)供用電管理的需求。
