      資料介紹

      簡介數(shù)控機床位置檢測系統(tǒng)工作原理，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)原理框圖編寫數(shù)控機床雙軸位置檢測系統(tǒng)的地址譯碼、四倍頻鑒相計數(shù)等VHDL程序，并對系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計進行仿真，試驗結(jié)果表明，系統(tǒng)可精確檢測伺服電機的轉(zhuǎn)速和方向。利用CPLD設(shè)計的位置雙軸檢測系統(tǒng)解決了傳統(tǒng)數(shù)控機床的加工精度底、電路龐大和制造成本高的問題。
      Abstract:
      ?The article briefly introduces the operating principle of the NC machine position detecting system.According to the system block diagram，We design some VHDL programs of address decoder and quadruple frequency phase discrimi-nation of NC biaxial position detection system,and simulate the hardware design of the system.The experiment result shows the system is abce to precisely detect the rate and direction of servo mechanism.Using CPLD,the biaxial position detection system solve the problem of processing accuracy，big board space and high cost in tradition NC machine.
