DS1863的存儲(chǔ)器
DS1863具有6個(gè)獨(dú)立的存儲(chǔ)器表,在內(nèi)部排列成8個(gè)字節(jié)行(圖1)。- 地址從00h到7Fh的低層存儲(chǔ)器:它包含報(bào)警門(mén)限、預(yù)警門(mén)限、標(biāo)志、屏蔽和幾個(gè)控制寄存器,另外還包括密碼輸入?yún)^(qū)域(PWE)和表選擇字節(jié)。
- 表01h主要包括用戶(hù)EEPROM (PW1級(jí)訪問(wèn)權(quán)限) 和一些報(bào)警、預(yù)警狀態(tài)字節(jié)。
- 表02h是多功能區(qū),包括配制寄存器、比例調(diào)節(jié)與失調(diào)數(shù)值、密碼、中斷寄存器以及各種控制字節(jié)。
- 表03h是嚴(yán)格的用戶(hù)EEPROM區(qū)域,受PW2級(jí)加密保護(hù)。
- 表04h包含溫度索引查找表(LUT),用于控制調(diào)制電壓。調(diào)制LUT可以在-40°C至+102°C范圍內(nèi),以2°C步長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行設(shè)置。這些寄存器的訪問(wèn)受PW2級(jí)加密保護(hù)。
- 表05h包含另一個(gè)LUT,允許APC設(shè)置點(diǎn)作為溫度的函數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),用于跟蹤誤差(TE)補(bǔ)償。TE LUT具有36項(xiàng),能夠在-40°C至+100°C范圍內(nèi),以4°C為間隔設(shè)置APC。該寄存器的訪問(wèn)受PW2級(jí)加密保護(hù)。
